Delivery

We are not liable for goods arriving late - it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that goods are ordered in sufficient time for the date they are needed. We accept no liability for goods lost in transit.

You must advise us immediately in case of non-delivery. In this case, we will seek compensation from the Post Office, and offer the customer a full refund or replacement goods.

We send parcels via The Royal Mail Standard delivery is £5.95. This option takes 3 – 5 working days after despatch (not including weekends)

2 – 3 day delivery £7.95

Next day delivery (only for parcels up to 2kg) £10

Next day Saturday delivery £14.95 (please contact us before ordering with this option)


You may also collect from our office in Derby. There is no charge for this!
