Validity These terms and conditions govern Sparkle Entertainment and www.sparkly partyshop.co.uk Sparkly party shop reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. 2. Contract with the customer Your use of this website, and the purchase of any items confers your agreement of these terms and conditions. 3. Prices All prices are in sterling inclusive of VAT and do not include postage or packing. Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Our minimum order value is £10 excluding post and packaging. 5. Delivery Once you have placed your order with The Sparkly party shop you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email confirming the despatch of your order. We deliver to We will deliver the goods to the address given by the customer within 3 – 5 working days. Some deliveries will need a signature. We will not be held liable if there is no one at the delivery address to accept delivery. If the order is returned to us for this reason then we will resend the order but you must pay another set of delivery charges. It is your responsibility to give us the correct delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for a missed delivery if the address is not correct. Please ensure you have told us of any special arrangements. Delivery is Monday – Friday, excluding Bank and National holidays. Please contact us for Saturday delivery. Please allow 2 – 5 days for standard delivery. If you have left it to the last minute, do not panic. Contact us and we will do our best to help! 6. Stock If any item is out of stock we will substitute that item. If any item is a substantial part of your order we will contact you to offer an alternative, or a full refund. 7. Returns If you are not entirely satisfied then you may return any part of your order for a full refund. You must email or telephone us before doing so. The items must be complete, in original condition and original packaging. You must gain proof of posting. Once received and checked will offer a refund by the original payment method. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them. Any goods returned to us must be in a state suitable for immediate resale. 8. Incorrect, Lost or damaged orders If you have not received an item you have ordered or an order is incorrect you must inform us within 24 hours. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the order confirmation please let us know immediately. Should your order be lost we will send a replacement order as long as you report the loss to us within 10 days of the original order. If your order arrives damaged we will send a replacement order and arrange collection of the damaged goods. 9. Safety We take safety extremely seriously! However once you have purchased goods from us we take no responsibility for any misuse on your part. Some items may prove to be a choking hazard. None of the items featured on this site are suitable for children under 36 months. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of the items you are purchasing. The packaging is not a toy and we accept no responsibility if it is used as such. Please dispose of the packaging so that it is not used as a toy. All toys are labelled with the CE mark. Any stationary or hair products are not toys and do not carry the CE mark. You must not remove or allow anyone to remove the safety markings. We do not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss that may occur due to such items having been given to anyone for whom they were unsuitable, as detailed above. 10. Allergies We have personal experience of allergies and understand the problems they can cause. Please check that the sweet items you are purchasing are suitable for any allergy concerns you may have. We will happily supply an ingredients listing for any of our sweets on request. If you do not want any sweets in your party bag then let us know and we will replace the sweets with toys of an equal monetary value. Please use your own discretion where allergies are concerned. Regarding nut allergies, Miss Sparkle is severely allergic and we work in an entirely nut free environment! 11. Privacy Any information you provide to us is strictly private. We will not pass on or sell your information to third parties. We will never disclose your details to anyone and only use the information you give us to process and fulfil your order. None of this website may be stored or reproduced in any form without prior written consent of Sparkle entertainment. 12. Credit Card Details We only accept credit or debit card details via our secure on-line ordering system on this website. The actual credit card details and payment is processed for us by Paypal. We can not view your credit card details and therefore can not make any additional charges at a later date. 13. Governing Law Your use of this website and any purchase made by you on this website of any products, or the use by any third party of any of the products supplied by us through this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland 14. Changes We reserve the right to change any part of this website, out terms and conditions or pricing without giving notice.
